Gwrachod Eryri - a new project for Eryri's Dancing Witches

Join us in the wonderful world of dancing witches!

Artwork by Heather

A North Wales based group of dancing witches inspired by the awesome Wolfshäger Hexenbrut (check them out!). We’re here to dance around the cauldron and have fun! We welcome all of those who would like to join in by dancing, drumming or just being together in the same space as other people with a witchy side.

Our aim is to spread a little love and where we can, to support and raise awareness for local groups and charities that do good in our communities - particularly for those in need and for our wonderful environment.

Grŵp o wrachod dawnsio yng Ngogledd Cymru wedi'u hysbrydoli gan yr Wolfshäger Hexenbrut anhygoel (edrychwch arnyn nhw!). Rydym ni yma i ddawnsio o gwmpas y crochan a chael hwyl! Rydym yn croesawu pawb a hoffai ymuno trwy ddawnsio, drymio neu fod gyda'i gilydd yn yr un lle â phobl eraill gyda ochr wrach.

Ein nod yw rhanu ychydig o gariad, a lle posib cefnogi a chodi ymwybyddiaeth ar gyfer grwpiau ac elusennau lleol sy'n gwneud da yn ein cymunedau - yn enwedig i pobl mewn angen ac ar gyfer ein hamgylchedd.

The Detail:

Workshops will be the last Tuesday of every month at Y Bedol, Bethel, at 7pm (taking over from the usual dance class).  Class cost is £5.  No prior dance experience is required as each choreography will be catered to an open level and taught from scratch.  All dances can be adapted to suit a range of different abilities, but if you have a specific concern, please contact Kath to discuss directly at Gwrachod Eryri.
